| Since it is the same people as before managing state facilities there is a lack of will to decrease the expense of financing social services claims this document. This hinders the creation of a new system and the improvement of basic living conditions for Slovaks. Using statistics and charts of the regions the article attempts an analysis of recent ways of financing public services. It also attempts to define the legal, administrative and economic aspects of decentralisation and calls for all financial systems to operate with absolute transparency under public control. |
