Policy-making in Romania

Stolojan, Theodor
This article deals with the various ways in which policy making is hindered in Romania. It suggests ways in which vision can be turned into strategic priorities, for example, by building a professional civil service corps, establishing a co-ordinated unit for policy making and to involving the media in communicating relevant information concerning government policies.
