The comparative analyses of minority laws in Central Europe

This article looks at the discrepencies of the implementations of the various minority laws in different countries, Croatia, Czech Republic., Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and the Ukraine. It claims the countries of Central Europe are aware of the tensions between different ethnic communities and that they are seeking solutions.
