| This article presents a comprehensive study of all aspects of the process of privatisation. It deals with theoretical and practical implementation , from small businesses to State monopolies. It argues that in all the former communist countries it is a controversial, and complex process. Using different opinions and points of view it looks at the risks and rewards and charts the roots of corruption. |
